Partners cancel Dutch Eemshaven LNG project
London—Dutch utility Essent, tank storage operator Vopak and gas
transporter Gasunie have canceled their planned Eemshaven LNG import
project in the Netherlands, Essent said Wednesday.
“The study into the feasibility of an LNG terminal in the Eemshaven
conducted by Essent, Vopak and Gasunie, which was announced in 2007, has
now been completed,” Essent said in a statement. “The study has shown that
there is insufficient basis to arrive at a positive investment decision.”
The decision looks final, since Groningen Seaports, which manages
Eemshaven, has placed the area that was reserved for the terminal back on the
market. The site is the last major space available in the Eemshaven area,
situated immediately next to deep water.
The project at Eemshaven was for a facility with capacity of as much as 10
billion cubic meters/yr (967,000 Mcf/d), and was 50%-owned by Essent, 25%-
owned by Gasunie and 25%-owned by Vopak. The latter two are also
developing the first Dutch LNG import terminal, Gate LNG in Rotterdam.

Не помню откуда у меня эта картинка, но выходит номер 19 отсюда можно вычеркивать:

В этом свете сдается мне, что СПГ для Белоруссии в обозримом будущем не появиться на Балтике.
